Rooms & Studios

Ground floor:

The entrance to all rooms, studios and the penthouse is on the ground floor. The floor of the hall has a beautiful mosaic floor from 1885 and the ceiling has a beautiful ornament. Guests can easily check in independently via key boxes. You can reach your reserved room, studio or penthouse via the monumental staircase. The rear of the building is also available to guests. Here you can sit comfortably and possibly use the shared kitchen. Guests can also use the spacious city garden.

First floor:

Room 1:

Halfway to the first floor (the back house) we come across the first room. This cozy room is approximately 16m2 and equipped with a toilet, walk-in shower, sink, a double bed (180x200), a refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee maker.

Room 2:

We take another flight of stairs and arrive at the landing of the first floor. Immediately on the right we find the second room. This spacious room (20m2) is suitable for 2 to 3 people and has a beautiful large window overlooking the city garden and other neighbors and a beautiful ceiling with ornament. This room is equipped with a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, a double bed (180x200), a refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee maker. You can relax on the lovely relaxing chair after a day of shopping. This chair can also be converted into a bed for a third person.

Studio 1

The room straight ahead from the landing provides access to Studio 1. This fantastic room (30m2) is located at the front of the building and also has a beautiful ceiling with ornament and beautiful windows with a view over Stationsstraat, Wilhelminasingel and Wyckerbrugstraat. And as icing on the cake, you can also enjoy this view from the balcony. This studio has a beautiful spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink, double bed (180x200) and a comfortable sofa, which is also suitable for a double bed (160x200). There is also a kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher and combi oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a cozy (drinks) table for 6 people.

Second floor:

Room 3:
